- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in a car accident about 10 yrs ago and fractured many of my teeth. I was told I'd probably have to have them out in 10 yrs or so. In pain, I went to Healthy Smiles expecting to get dentures. I was convinced to get partials instead. I spent a year and a half in misery with the fit of those partials. The assistants were very nice while they tried and tried to make them fit. I told them they were not made right. I was made to feel like it was ME that was the problem. I rarely wore them, consequently rarely left my house. Then, when I was wearing them my front eyetooth anchor broke right off. It was the fit of the partial. I finally went to Reno Dentures and had my top teeth pulled, and an immediate denture. I've had one adjustment and I wear them all the time. I discovered right away what the problem was. At Reno Dentures no one touched my mouth or my prostheses except the Doctor. I was shocked. At Healthy Smiles the Dentist rarely worked with me except to pull and check a few sore spots. Instead, he had the assistants doing ALL the work. It is not fair to them and it was not fair to me. I contacted Healthy Smiles for a refund only for the cost of the partials and they denied me, saying that their records indicate that they worked hard to please me. I have a copy of the records and they are deceptively signed by doctor each visit like he did the work. These guys were cheaper, but I wouldn't advise taking the chance.August 04, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made an appointment for a toothache. Made the appointment early and had to wait an hour past the appointment time before finally being seen... only to be told that I needed my tooth to be pulled and that NO ONE THERE could pull it that day. What's the point of the office even being open if they can't even do a simple tooth pulling procedure? Isn't there a commercial that puts down a dentist office for telling you you need a tooth pulled... and then not pulling it? It seems like a bad joke. Then, they were suppose to call me to set up an appointment time to get it pulled, and they still haven't called 3 days later.June 10, 2017by JDeppFan2272
